The location was good as I wanted adjacent to the front garden, communal areas and north London. Great-sized rooms, could use a kettle, central heating, and an iron, great addition. Staff were really accommodating and excellent, it was a pleasure meeting them.

We had a great stay at Hawkwood! the rooms had a beautiful decor and were clearly newly renovated. the location in a lovely and charming neighborhood with a park and nature reserve right on the doorstep was a big plus for us. We loved exploring the area. It was also very quiet and peaceful, which was a welcome change from the noisy London neighborhoods we've experienced in the past. the communication from the building management was excellent, with quick responses and helpful assistance. the WiFi was fast and reliable, and the check, in and check, out process was easy. We also appreciated the mini, kitchenette in the room, which had a fridge and tea kettle. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all. 👍.

I really got great value for my money at Hawkwood Apartments. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was pleasant and quiet, with a beautiful park nearby. The staff was efficient, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay.

My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast option with more variety and fresh choices.

Easy access to buses and tube stations. Nearby park for runners. Super clean, everything new. Late check-in and early check-out available. Good water temperature and pressure. Open space feel, spacious rooms with TV and kitchenette. Public park for fresh air and exercise.
